Return & Refund Policy for Darkloom Clothing

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase when returning items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, final sale items, and personalised items are non-returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at rohan@rohansohal.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the returned items.
- Step 3: Pack your items securely and post them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.
5. Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. This may take up to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at rohan@rohansohal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
