1. Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking information when your package ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £6.95
  • Next-Day Delivery: £9.95 (Orders must be placed before 1 PM GMT for next-day delivery)

International Shipping

  • Europe (5-7 business days): £8.95
  • United States (7-10 business days): £12.95
  • Rest of the World (7-15 business days): £14.95

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and any customs clearance delays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
  • Darkloom Clothing is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected, it will be returned to us. We will reach out to arrange re-shipment, but please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier service to investigate and, where possible, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • For pre-orders or backordered items, we will provide an estimated shipping date at checkout. As soon as your items are in stock, we will ship your order and notify you via email.
